I'm Kerri Garbis, Founder and CEO of OVATION, a communication skills training firm for business professionals.
As a professional actress, I supported myself for many years in between my gigs by coaching and training business professionals in presentation skills. Then, almost ten years ago, I started Ovation to employ professional actors in between their gigs and empower business professionals with the best presence and speaker development available. A few years into business, serving large corporate enterprises, I saw that the one-and-done learning experience can be fantastic, but getting those good habits to stick and stay in people’s muscle memory requires hands-on, ongoing support.

If you want to start rehearsing and saying your content out loud, you can record yourself on our private platform and receive immediate feedback on your delivery. You can request additional feedback from a coach which you'll receive within a few days. You can also ask your platform peers for feedback. Or, you can record and keep it all totally private. By using our private platform and observing how you present, you’ll be able to see the changes you need to make. You’ll the have the opportunity to work with your coach on all your Ovation-guided avenues of improvement.
You can post a rehearsal video and receive individual feedback from your own coach
You can post a video of rehearsal you did on your
own, or a recent presentation recorded in a meeting or conference. You’ll get immediate results and can request feedback from a coach and also your peers.
You can post questions, trouble-shoot, vent frustrations, and share successes in our online community
Maybe you want to try out an opening line. Maybe you want share in all caps “I ROCKED MY PRESENTATION”. Maybe your nerves got the best of you and you’re bummed.
