What’s one thing you wish the business world would borrow from the acting world?

Costumes.

Which role or performance of your own has meant the most to you as an actor?

I played Hamlet and it was by far the most rewarding experience of my life. The role required me to use all of my physical, intellectual, and emotional powers. I learned a lot about myself as a performer and a person. I would not trade that experience for anything in the world.

What do you consider your personal trademark as a trainer?

Patience.

What’s the sports team you give your all for?

Los Angeles Lakers. Let’s Go LeBron!

You’ve won a vacation of your choosing! Where are you going?

Croatia. There’s something about the piercing blue water and coastal city that seems really magical to me.
