Brian Abraham (he/him)

Communication Skills Consultant

Brian Thomas Abraham is an award-winning Broadway and television actor. He is best known for originating the role of Hagrid in Harry Potter and the Cursed Child on Broadway. He has also appeared on Broadway in Life of Pi and Oedipus, and has worked extensively at regional theaters across the country, including the Guthrie Theater, the Mark Taper Forum, and the American Repertory Theater (A.R.T.), among many others.
On screen, Brian has appeared in more than ten television series and can most recently be seen in the series premiere of CIA. He also appears on Law & Order as the Honorable Judge Abbey. In addition to his acting career, Brian has taught acting at both high schools and universities while maintaining a private coaching studio, where he works with actors and professionals on performance, communication, and presence.

Brian’s coaching style is down to earth, honest, and highly accessible. He believes the most effective communication is usually the simplest—clear ideas, direct language, and a genuine connection to the audience. Drawing on decades of experience performing complex material on stage and screen, he helps professionals focus on what actually works: clarity, presence, and confidence. Whether preparing for a keynote, leading a meeting, or speaking in front of a room for the first time, Brian enjoys helping clients find their authentic voice and deliver their message with ease and charisma. He also values keeping the room light and fun—believing that when the atmosphere is relaxed and collaborative, confidence grows naturally and strong communication follows.
